You will tell me your dream and draw it scene by scene. [you dont need to be an artist to do this!]

We will decide what type of dream this is.

We will identify your dream ego's feelings and actions in the dream.

We will consider any parallels to your current reality.

We will explore any associations you have to the images in the dream.

We will explore and experience the dream images through action and interview.

We will integrate what we have learned & discuss any follow up 'real life' actions that might assist you on your journey to wellbeing.
